Gripe
Policy
Our aim is to provide an open platform for people to voice opinions, in addition
to asking questions and seeking assistance. However, against this we must weigh
the potentially damaging result of allowing defamatory content to appear on our
pages. If you have a gripe with a company or person, and wish to share it on
our pages, please follow these guidelines:
1. Post as many factual details of your situation as possible, without compromising
your own personal security.
2. Please identify yourself on each post, though be aware that posting contact
details such as email addresses or phone numbers might subject you to spam.
3. Please follow up in the thread if your situation changes at a later date.
4. Avoid making unfounded accusations
Please also be aware that in the event of a specific company or person being
the subject of negative opinion, we will endeavour to inform them, in order that
